Job Description

What Does a Direct Support Professional Do?

As a DSP at Dungarvin, you'll make a meaningful impact by helping individuals with disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives.

Your day might include:

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care.

• Helping people develop skills and achieve personal goals.

• Assisting with community activities, appointments, and outings.

• Encouraging independence, choice, and meaningful connections.

• Creating a positive, supportive environment where people can thrive.

What is the pay?

$16.00 to $18.00 /Hourly

Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus, but we encourage anyone interested in this rewarding field to attend!

Who Should Attend?

• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as required for DSP positions.
