We're on the lookout for dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team!As a Behavioral Direct Support Professional / caregiver, you'll offer support, guidance, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. You will have the ability to enhance the quality of life for individuals with complex mental health and behavioral support needs.What You Get To Do:Handle with Care Training - this will ensure your safety and success supporting individuals using a team-based approach that best meet their complex care needs.Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and more.Attend special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events.Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest.Document progress, milestones, and action steps.QualificationsWhat Makes You A Great Fit:Excitement for working with adults with disabilitiesMust be at least 18 years oldGood communication is key in this role.
