Sr. Lab Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory support services including freezer defrost, backup freezer management, pipette calibration, and lab coat services
• Serve as primary contact for customers and vendors, managing service requests and resolving issues independently
• Maintain and analyze operational records, work orders, and performance metrics to ensure compliance
• Promote safe, compliant work environment by following GMP requirements and supporting safety initiatives
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance to team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
• GxP environment or laboratory setting experience preferred
