Shipping & Administrative Coordinator

Our client, a leading industrial organization, is seeking a Shipping & Administrative Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping & Administrative Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting logistics and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Taylor, MI

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound truck shipments
Create shipping documents and related paperwork
Maintain accurate records and shipment documentation
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Perform general administrative and clerical duties

What's Needed?

Previous administrative, office support, coordinator, or clerical experience
Strong data entry and computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
