If you love hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy leading by example, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:Run smooth day-to-day operations and keep the restaurant looking and performing its bestHire, train, and motivate a high-energy teamCreate memorable guest experiences and handle feedback with careManage inventory, orders, and costs responsiblySupport sales goals and financial performanceEnsure health, safety, and labor standards are metQualifications:2+ years of restaurant leadership experienceA people-first leader who loves building strong teamsKnowledge of food & beverage (bonus if you know your wine and cocktails!)Great communication and problem-solving skillsFlexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbsTech-savvy with POS or scheduling systems preferredReady to lead with heart and hustle?
