We are seeking a well-rounded Manager candidate to join our team. This person will have exceptional working knowledge and experience with beer, spirits, and managing people! Company paid STD, LTD, & Life coverage are added complementary perks!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManaging all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts which include on the spot decision making, supporting the staff, 100% interaction with the Guests', ensuring that the Guest needs are our main focus while enforcing standards for personal performance.Assess staffing needs and recruit staff.Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards.Act as support system for all areas of the restaurant.Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant.Maintain spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times.Ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality.Lead and live by PRIDE (Passion, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Energy).MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:High School diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience, 3 preferred.Excellent communication skills.Must be able to demonstrate hospitality on all levels.Solid working knowledge beer and spirits.The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
