Sr. Project Manager - Land Development

Sr. Project Manager – Land Development Professional, Lake Oswego, OR Salary Range: $139,000 to $182,000 annually Pace Engineers, a Verdantas Company, provides civil and structural engineering, planning, surveying, construction management and environmental services from offices in Washington and Oregon. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all phases of land development projects to deliver on time and on budget, exceeding client expectations. Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and foster authentic, long‑lasting relationships with clients to support business opportunities. Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents, including proposals, scopes of work and budgets. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license. 15+ years of engineering experience. 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and projects. Ability to manage projects independently.
