This role blends reception, customer experience, and executive-style administrative support for store management.You will be the first impression, steady presence, and operational anchor of the retail floor — welcoming guests, supporting managers, and ensuring the store runs smoothly, compliantly, and with intention. Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, move, or organize office supplies, retail products, and inventory items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to walk throughout the retail location frequently to support operations, customer flow, and management needs.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach when organizing supplies, handling documentation, or assisting with front-of-house operations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment with frequent interruptions and multitasking.
Ability to use computers, tablets, point-of-sale systems, telephones, scheduling software, and other office equipment for extended periods.
Must possess the manual dexterity necessary to handle customer identification verification, documentation, cash transactions, and administrative tasks accurately.
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with customers, team members, vendors, and leadership both in person and over the phone.
Capable of maintaining composure, professionalism, and attention to detail during high-volume or high-pressure situations.
Comfortable working in varying retail conditions, including moderate noise levels, bright lighting, and continuous customer interaction.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
