Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery Opportunity
MLR is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Labor and Delivery team at a top-tier healthcare facility near Valera, Texas. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity!
Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery:
- Deliver exceptional care to mothers throughout labor, childbirth, and post-delivery recovery.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and assist with childbirth to ensure a safe and positive birthing experience.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and the wider healthcare team to provide seamless, high-quality care.
- Educate mothers and families about the birthing process, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records of all patient care and interventions.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both mother and baby.
Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Certifications required: CPR, PALS, BLS, ACLS, and NRP (or willingness to obtain if not already certified).
