Key Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families, encompassing all age groups from children to the elderly.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Must be eligible for (or currently possess) an active medical license to practice in Arizona.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
