Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine patients' mental health status, identifying strengths, needs, and barriers to recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in individual, group, and family sessions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care.

• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and medication management, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the recovery process.

Compensation and Benefits\n
