Our Springdale-based company is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support our accounting and bookkeeping functions for approximately 10 hours per week . What You'll Be Doing

• Perform monthly bank account reconciliations
• Reconcile company credit card accounts and research discrepancies
• Enter and categorize business expenses in QuickBooks Online
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with general bookkeeping and accounting support duties
• Communicate outstanding items or discrepancies to management

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or an accounting clerk role
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required
• Experience performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred
