Travel is required.This position is designated as an Administrative Officer and serves without a fixed term and at the pleasure of the President, pursuant to Regents Rule 20102 and the University’s Handbook of Operating Procedures 1-1020, “Officers of Administration.” **Purpose of Position:**Manage all aspects of suite services for Texas Athletics and the Longhorn Foundation. Accountable for donor revenue generation through renewal management and communications. Assist in overseeing gameday hospitality for all applicable sports.**Responsibilities**:* Manage Texas Athletics suite and courtside seating program for football, men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball and baseball: Ensure the maximization of revenue through exemplary concierge customer service, competitive pricing, managing all aspects of sold-out inventory.* Manage the Assistant Director of Suites and Hospitality* Manage the suite renewal process in conjunction with the Athletics Business office in relation to suite agreements, suites and premium seating invoicing, amendments and communications.* Monitors suite food quality, service standards, and post-game survey feedback to ensure continuous improvement and make intentional adjustments.* Partners with the Annual Fund to align premium sales efforts with philanthropic priorities and donor strategies.* Works with the Annual Fund in the creation of premium seating sales materials, presentations, and proposal strategies tailored to prospective donors/season ticket holders.* Develops and executes a strategic premium suites plan designed to maximize revenue, communication, renewal timeline and long-term customer engagement* Helps to analyze best practices, market trends, customer data, and sales performance to inform forecasting and strategic adjustments.* Create and manage regular, effective communication with premium seating and suite holders, working with the Sales and Service Team, Ticketing Operations, and the Annual Fund to ensure that ticketing needs of suite holders and courtside season-ticket holders are met. Including but not limited to renewals, suite manuals, suite-specific gameday correspondence, etc.* Manage and execute meaningful and impactful gameday events for the Longhorn Foundation, including but not limited to gameday tailgates, pregame donor receptions/functions, personalized gameday experiences and postgame functions.* Assist the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Suites, Hospitality and Special Events in the management of all hospitality areas for football, men’s and women’s basketball game day, working with all partners to ensure service expectations.* Oversee the operations of gameday hospitality and activations at the new Football Indoor Hospitality Area, including but not limited to staffing, logistics, and serving as the liaison with the Spurs leadership for any special requests and rental requests.* Oversee and manage the Point Texas Club programming, operations, staffing and execution.* Implement new and creative hospitality activations that are both impactful and cost-effective.* Assist with special event planning as needed.* Assist the Executive Senior Associate Athletics Director, Senior Associate Athletics Director and Assistant Athletics Director for Annual Giving in promoting an ethical culture supportive of the strategic plan.* Other related functions as assigned.* Consistently exemplify the core values and quality service standards of Texas Athletics. Employees who are required to have a CDL are subject to drug and alcohol testing (pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, random, return-to-duty, and follow-up drug and alcohol testing).**Working Conditions:*** May work in all weather conditions* May work in extreme temperatures* May work around standard office conditions* Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation* Use of manual dexterity* Climbing of stairs* Climbing of ladders* Lifting and moving**QUALIFICATIONS** **Required:** Bachelor’s degree required in Sport Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field and 5-7 years of full-time experience in collegiate sports hospitality, special events or suite services. Demonstrated experience managing premium seating or hospitality programs in a collegiate or professional sports setting, including suites, club seating, courtside or equivalent high‐touch inventory. Proven track record of developing and executing revenue‐generating strategies tied to premium seating, hospitality, or high‐value customer programs. Experience collaborating across multiple functional areas, including ticketing operations, development/annual giving, sales and service, business or finance offices, facilities and food & beverage partners. Excellent relationship‐management and concierge‐level customer service skills, with the ability to manage high‐expectation donors, suite holders, and premium clients. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute high‐profile gameday and special events, including donor receptions, tailgates, premium activations, and personalized experiences.
