Role: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in outpatient settings, providing physical therapy treatments under supervision. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered physical therapy care according to established treatment plans. Progress patients safely and effectively through therapy levels. Consult with supervising Physical Therapists regarding patient progress and condition changes. Document treatment sessions and patient interactions in accordance with policies. Educate patients and families on home programs and activities. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure quality care and professional growth.
