PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant
Creative Health Solutions is looking for a passionate PRN OTA for our beautiful skilled nursing facility with assisted living in WinterHaven, FL.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate occupational therapist assistant to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment intervention plans to address the goals on the plan of care.
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
- Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Valid state OTA license
