Won't you join us?Job Overview: The Senior Finance Analyst is a key strategic partner to the Component Solutions business and commercial leadership team, providing advanced financial analysis, insight, and decision support to drive profitability and long-term growth. This role goes beyond reporting to proactively influence business strategy, pricing decisions, customer profitability, and investment prioritization. The Senior Financial Analyst independently leads complex analyses, develops financial models, and translate data into actional recommendations for senior and executive leadership. This position requires strong business acumen, the ability to operate in ambiguity, and confidence partnering with cross-functional leaders to execute profit-improvement and growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted finance business partner to Component Solutions sales and leadership teams, delivering insights that influence pricing, margin optimization, and strategic decision-makingLead advanced financial analysis and modeling, including contribution margin, customer profitability, product mix, and scenario/sensitivity analysisOwn and enhance internal management reporting and KPI dashboards to monitor performance and identify risks and opportunitiesPrepare and present monthly and quarterly financial review materials for executive leadership, highlighting key trends, drivers, and recommendationsProactively identify and evaluate strategic opportunities, including new business, pricing strategies, and profit improvement initiativesPartner cross-functionally (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership) to support execution of financial and operational initiativesSupport capital investment analysis and post-investment performance trackingIndependently manage ad hoc analytical projects with minimal oversight, providing clear, data-driven conclusionsAct as a mentor or informal resource to junior analysts, helping elevate analytical rigor and best practices across the teamSkills / Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field (MBA a plus)5-8+ years' of progressive financial analysis experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAdvanced financial modeling and financial statement analysis skillsExpert-level proficiency in Excel; experience with large, complex datasets and financial systemsStrong understanding of corporate finance concepts, including pricing, margins, and profitability analysisProven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in ambiguous situationsStrong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadershipExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearlyHighly analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindsetTechnical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processesTravel requirements up to 10%Total Rewards: We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceBasic and optional life insuranceShort? and long?term disability coverage401(k) plan with company matchTuition assistanceFlexible spending accountsOur Commitment to a Diverse Workforce: FXI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
