Agency Rate Sales Enablement Content Designer – Entry LevelEaton's Content Designers (also known as Experience Creators) are responsible for the design and development of comprehensive training content for the Sales Enablement team. This role will be focused on developing tools, templates, and training materials for the implementation of Salesforce. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and help enhance learning experiences at Eaton.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop tools, templates, and training materials to enhance learning experiences at EatonDevelop and maintain learning experiences for Salesforce that are engaging and effective for Eaton's sales organizationConvert information from the business process and analytics teams into Salesforce trainingEnsure accuracy and attention to detail when creating learning experiencesCurate and improve existing learning contentBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree required in education, engineering, or related course of studyStrong proficiency in workplace productivity and collaboration tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understandingCurate and designs content for specific learning initiativesPreferred QualificationsExperience with e-Learning DevelopmentExperience in developing Salesforce training contentExperience with Articulate 360 (Rise), Camtasia, and similar development tools
