Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Tilt-Up Project Manager to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a critical role supporting a key leadership transition while working on impactful commercial concrete projects across the Southeast. As a Tilt-Up Project Manager, you will lead projects from preconstruction through completion, acting as the vital link between the office and field operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute tilt-up and commercial concrete projects Manage material takeoffs, procurement, and scheduling Coordinate field teams, manpower, and concrete deliveries Review rebar and tilt-up panel drawings Conduct quality control checks throughout project lifecycle Troubleshoot challenges and resolve project issues quickly Maintain schedules and ensure timely project completion Collaborate closely with field teams and leadership Experience & Expertise Proven experience in tilt-up construction and commercial concrete Ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal ramp-up Strong knowledge of concrete placement, rebar, and panel systems Experience reviewing construction drawings and coordinating teams Company vehicle + gas card Medical benefits 401(k) + additional retirement offerings #J-18808-Ljbffr
