  What You’ll Do

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Deliver an exceptional, low-pressure buying experience.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory.
• Work closely with management and the finance team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet personal sales goals while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required for the right sales professional.
• At least 2 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
