Fully Licensed Clinician Compensation Starting salary: $95,000 - $105,000/year Key Responsibilities Deliver mental health services through in-home visits, community-based settings, or teletherapy Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide therapeutic counseling Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, making adjustments to service plans as needed Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team to ensure comprehensive care Participate in case staffing, meetings, and conferences as necessary Provide support for clients in managing behavioral health services Conduct intake assessments and offer therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children Use evidence-based practices to facilitate both group and individual sessions Ensure compliance with facility and licensing standards Provide continuous care and support for clients Qualifications Fully licensed clinicians: LMFT, LCSW, CMHC Current, unrestricted professional license to practice in the State of Utah Previous experience in mental health therapy is preferred CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively Highly organized with strong time management abilities Ready to make a difference in your community?
