Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.00 / hour (Based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Base shop in Independence, MO (Servicing the Greater KC Metro)

What You'll Do: As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will keep our fleet of construction machinery and on-road trucks running safely and efficiently. You will split your time between preventative maintenance in our Independence shop and responding to emergency field repairs across the KC metro.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and complex hydraulic systems.
• Document inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with vendors to source parts and manage your shop inventory.
• Travel to local jobsites in a provided service truck to troubleshoot disabled machinery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years repairing heavy construction equipment and diesel trucks.
• Skills: Strong proficiency with hydraulic and electrical diagnostics.
• License: A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
• Safety: Ability to handle heavy lifting and work safely in outdoor conditions. (OSHA 10-Hour training preferred).
