We're looking for a Sales Representative who we internally call a Solutions Consultant — because you're not a typical salesperson. You’ll spend your time understanding customer challenges, shaping tailored solutions, and building trusted relationships.

What you'll do

\n

✨ Partner with healthcare educators and simulation leaders to understand their goals and workflows

\n

✨ Work closely with our technical teams to develop customized SIMStation solutions that address each customer's unique needs

\n

✨ Deliver engaging product demonstrations—virtually and on-site

\n

✨ Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and internal teams to guide customers throughout their journey

\n

✨ Represent SIMStation at leading healthcare simulation conferences across the U.S. and Canada

\n

\n

We're looking for someone who...

\n

✔ Has experience in healthcare, medical simulation, clinical education, or a customer-facing consulting role

\n

✔ Loves solving complex customer challenges through a consultative approach

\n

✔ Is an excellent communicator and confident presenter

\n

✔ Enjoys building long-term relationships based on trust

\n

✔ Is willing to travel approximately 40%

\n

\n

Location: Ideally based in the Eastern Time Zone near a major airport (Chicago, Nashville, Detroit, Columbus, St. Louis, New Orleans preferred).

\n

Territory: Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Ontario (Canada).
