* AP Experience

* MS Excel Experience

* 1+ year of Bookkeeping

* 1+ year of expenses / Invoices or payroll

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Program Support Coordinator that will work directly with Program Managers and various groups to manage the collection and payment of all expenses associated with government contracts.

Additional duties include:

* Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

Set up new vendors and enter into accounting system

Code accounts payable and receivable invoices with appropriate general ledger codes

Enter credit card charges into accounting system

Assist in the preparation of time and materials billings

Send out Accounts Receivable past due notices

Update, maintain, electronic accounting records

* Expense Reports

Assist internal and external customers with vendor and travel expense reports

Familiar with Joint Travel Regulations

* Answer incoming calls from vendors regarding Accounts Payable and Receivable

Provide status of accounts

* Assist Program Managers with project summary cost reports

* Assist Program Managers with project spend/execution of funds
