Contract Recruiters WantedConnectly Recruiting is hiring contract recruiters to support hiring for our client, a fast-paced, growing construction and engineering business. This is high-volume, hands-on recruiting work across a range of roles, with real ownership and room to make an impact from day one.ResponsibilitiesSupport recruiting across a range of roles for a growing construction and engineering team, from sourcing through offerSource directly through LinkedIn Recruiter, online databases, and Boolean searchScreen candidates for both technical fit and cultural fitPartner with hiring managers on search strategy and candidate selectionManage the candidate experience from first contact through offerRequirements3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong sourcing background and demonstrated ability to build pipelines from scratch, not just work inbound applicantsReal experience recruiting within construction, heavy civil, or industrial sectorsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentATS experience (please note which platform(s) in your application)Contract DetailsThis is an initial 3-month contract with strong potential to extend based on hiring volume. Candidates based anywhere across LA, TX, MS, AL, or FL are welcome to apply.
