Senior Corporate Governance & Compliance Associate

Capital Group seeks a Corporate Governance Associate Senior to help ensure compliance across regulated fund companies, investment advisors, and affiliates.
You will work with in-house lawyers, fund officers, and compliance managers to prepare and finalize filings and board materials while improving governance processes and reporting.
With a focus on accuracy and process optimization, you’ll contribute to cross-functional communications and drive efficiency within the governance team.
