Job Title: Restaurant Manager Salary Range: $62,000 per year - $75,000 per year Job Description The manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations. This leads to sustained growth in sales and profits achieved through personal, people, business, and results leadership. Job Requirements A minimum of 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant. Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service. Proven ability to develop teams. Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
