Job Summary:
DMD Systems Recovery LLC, a leader in IT asset disposition (ITAD), is seeking multiple driven Inside Sales Representatives to fuel new business growth from our Tempe, AZ headquarters. This is a net-new business, full-cycle closing role: you will identify and qualify new accounts, then own transactional ITAD opportunities, including pilot programs and single-site projects, from first outreach all the way through close. You'll partner closely with the Enterprise Data Center Business Development team as a closer in your own right and join as part of a growing Inside Sales team reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. This role will be a part of a cohort of new Inside Sales Representatives expected to start in early November 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• ​​​Outbound prospecting. Build and work a pipeline of new accounts through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
• Full-cycle selling. Qualify, quote, negotiate, and close transactional ITAD opportunities end-to-end, including pilot programs that grow into larger, recurring business.
• Cross-team collaboration. Partner with Field Sales on strategic and enterprise-level accounts.
• Account management. Maintain relationships for smaller and mid-market accounts as they grow.
• Sales targets and forecasting. Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals, with accurate CRM records and forward-looking weekly forecasts.

Education and Experience:

• B2B sales experience. 2–5 years of B2B sales experience with a genuine track record of net-new business development, proven success with cold calling, cold emailing, and self-sourced outbound prospecting is a must. ITAD, IT services, cloud, or related technology industries preferred.
• Full-cycle ownership. Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently, from first outreach through close, on transactional or mid-market deals.
• ITAD & IT hardware knowledge. Working knowledge of IT hardware and the ITAD process is a plus, including data security, e-waste regulations, and equipment remarketing.
• Communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and prioritize a high volume of activity.
• Tools. Proficiency with CRM software is required. We use Microsoft Dynamics, so familiarity is a plus but not mandatory. Strong MS Office skills required; experience with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a strong plus.
