Position : Inside Sales Support Representative – USA

Type: Full Time

Job Location : Space Coast Region, FL (Melbourne/Palm Bay/Orlando)

Job Description – SSI’s Inside Sales Support role is our key component for growth through excellent communication and quick, thorough solutions to our customer’s needs. This role is responsible for understanding new and existing customer process and flow down requirements, communicating with decision makers for supplier approval and quote opportunities to follow up, close and load orders onto the production floor.

EXPERIENCE – Experience preferred, but not limited to working in, or supplying to, high reliability industries involved in electronics – Defense, Aerospace, Medical – OEM’s, EMS etc.) B2B networking and support through supply chain, distribution or component service industry.

SKILLS – Electronics, Business Development, Product Specifications, Contract Review, Technical Sales, Customer Service, Desktop Multi-tasker and Building Relationships.

Nature of Responsibilities –

• Understanding the needs of the existing customers to create new business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain relationships within target customers to open new doors through internal referrals and other sites.

• Learning quoting process through product knowledge and process flow of production.
•  
• Team player for growing overall revenue and back-up customer support.
•  
• Keeping customers updated on open orders, shipments, issues or process changes.
•  
• Updating CRM system with new customers, contacts and open/closed opportunities.
•  
• Track sales growth through opportunities and overall revenue.
•  
• Understanding full capabilities of services offered and bringing customers solutions.
•  
• Appointment setting for conference calls, updates, introductions, visits or audits.
•  
• Ability to communicate and navigate through multiple departments in customer base.
•  
• Knowledge of OEM/CEM industry with an understanding of global supply chain.
