Duration: 12 Months contract
Pay Rate: $32/hr. on w2
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST; flexibility may be required.
Job Description:
Seeking an HR Consultant to partner with local management and support HR initiatives across manufacturing operations in West Chester and Fairfield, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership on HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational needs.
- Support talent management, performance management, employee engagement, wellness, learning, and employee relations.
- Drive HR projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Support organizational design and development initiatives.
- Champion talent management and succession planning.
- Support People Strategy initiatives including Leadership, Talent, Wellbeing, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, and High Performance.
- Coach and advise leadership teams on HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement and organizational transformation.
