We're looking for energetic, customer-focused bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Southlake.

As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners throughout DFW who need HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. You'll listen, identify their needs, answer questions, and help get the right service scheduled—all while providing the friendly, professional experience Berkeys is known for.

And your bilingual skills are rewarded: eligible team members can earn an additional $10 SPIFF for every qualifying bilingual customer call they handle.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help homeowners by answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and making sure every customer feels valued from the very first conversation.

Your day may include:

✔ Answering inbound customer calls

✔ Scheduling HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service appointments

✔ Helping customers choose appointment times that fit their needs

✔ Answering customer questions and providing excellent service

✔ Updating customer information and documenting interactions

✔ Working closely with Dispatch and Operations to keep schedules running smoothly

✔ Following up with customers regarding memberships, maintenance visits, and appointment confirmations

✔ Creating positive customer experiences with every interaction

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

⭐ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

⭐ A strong communicator with excellent listening skills

⭐ Able to multitask while navigating multiple computer systems

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, scheduling, or other customer-facing experience preferred
• Home services experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
