We are seeking a summer Office Assistant to join our team. We would love to hear from you if you're hard-working, professional, and dedicated!ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environmentProvide support to our management teamOrganize and maintain files and information in a confidential mannerManage communication, including emails and phone callsScreen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messagesSchedule leasing appointments, meetings and record work requests as neededReceive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mailMaintain and order office and kitchen suppliesHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.3-4 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experienceProficient computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable with routinely shifting demandsHigh degree of attention to detailWorking knowledge of general office equipmentTeam player with a positive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
