Responsibilities
- Lead product or portfolio strategy team and oversee marketing plan execution
- Coach team members on competitive positioning and market intelligence
- Establish pricing strategy including contract negotiations and management
- Develop KPI frameworks and supervise data analysis and reporting
- Manage team hiring, performance appraisals, and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of professional work experience
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Project management with ability to meet timelines
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
Compensation: $118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual
