Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers with timely, accurate assistance in San Francisco, California. This is a Contract position for someone who can create a positive experience by listening carefully, resolving questions efficiently, and ensuring applications and requests are completed correctly the first time. The ideal candidate brings a steady call center presence, communicates clearly on both inbound and outbound calls, and responds well to feedback in a fast-paced service environment.
Responsibilities:• Assist customers by phone with clear guidance, helping them understand next steps without making interactions feel rushed.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while addressing questions, resolving issues, and documenting key details accurately.
• Complete order entry and application-related tasks with strong attention to detail to improve first-pass accuracy.
• Monitor open or pending customer items and follow up promptly to keep requests moving toward resolution.
• Maintain dependable coverage during scheduled hours and remain consistently available to support queue demands.
• Apply coaching and performance feedback to strengthen service quality and correct flagged issues quickly.
• Provide thorough, complete responses that reduce repeat contact and improve the overall customer experience.• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Familiarity with order entry and accurate data input practices.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proven attention to detail when completing forms, applications, or service records.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to remain engaged in a queue-based support setting.
• Receptive attitude toward coaching, feedback, and performance improvement.
