HR Generalist: Leave & Accommodations Specialist

Equipment Depot Inc. in Texas seeks an HR Generalist to administer employee leave programs and accommodations, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws. The role also serves as back-up for onboarding and handles terminations in accordance with guidelines. You will maintain SOPs, workflows, and FAQ materials, communicate leave status to managers, coordinate return-to-work, manage benefits while on leave, and support COBRA and union leaves per CBA and company policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr Equipment Depot
