In this dynamic role, you will oversee staffing operations, employee relations, payroll, and vendor partnershipsensuring our clients' workforce needs are met with precision and care. Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in staffing, workforce management, HR, or operations
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving ability and a strong sense of accountability
• Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
• Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume staffing environments preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of OSHA or safety compliance standards
• Experience with vendor management and client reporting
• Bilingual abilities or additional languages
• Certifications in HR or workforce management (e.g., PHR, CPP, or similar)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• 3+ years in staffing, operations, or workforce management within a high-volume setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Demonstrated ability to lead with urgency and adaptability
