Part Time Phlebotomist

Part Time Phlebotomist Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other required diagnostics. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Qualifications Minimum: Valid Washington State‑issued Phlebotomy License. Preferred: 3+ months of phlebotomy experience. Preferred: 6+ months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy. Preferred: Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish and English. Additional Job Standards In lieu of the state license requirement, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at the time of hire may satisfy the requirement. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Pay and Incentives Pay Range: $18.25 – $27.69 per hour. PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
