Part Time Phlebotomist

Job Title Part Time Phlebotomist - PAML Location Richland, WA Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Minimum Qualifications Valid Washington State‑issued Phlebotomy License Preferred Qualifications 1 or more years of phlebotomy experience 6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy Additional Job Standards In lieu of the state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test Flexibility to work overtime as needed Exceptional customer service Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Compensation Pay Range: $18.25 - $26.41 per hour QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM – PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
