Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Communication : Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to navigate complex customer organizations and handle escalations with a solution‑oriented mindset. Tech Savvy : Familiarity with manufacturing software environments and a foundational interest in how AI is changing the industry. Travel : Willingness to travel to customer sites across USA and occasionally internationally as required.
