Job Title Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Summary Plans and administers medically prescribed pelvic floor physical therapy for patients experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy- and postpartum-related conditions, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel and bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and other pelvic health concerns — restoring function, confidence, and quality of life. What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Changing Lives) Perform comprehensive pelvic floor evaluations in a safe, trauma-informed environment Create individualized, evidence-based pelvic health treatment plans Treat a wide range of pelvic conditions including prenatal/postpartum, men’s and women’s pelvic health, pelvic pain, and core dysfunction Collaborate with our legendary CCO, Scott (yes, that Scott), and an exceptional clinical team Educate, empower, and support patients through meaningful home programs Document clearly and efficiently (because great care deserves great notes) Stay curious, keep learning, and share your pelvic health expertise with the team Practice in a clinic that takes pelvic health seriously — but never itself too seriously Job Details Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $40.00 – $52.00 per hour Expected Hours: 10–40 per week Benefits Include: Flexible scheduling Paid time off Health, vision, and insurance options Continuing education credits & tuition reimbursement Opportunities for advancement Work Location: In person Location Requirement: Colorado Springs, CO 80919 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: Continuing education credits Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person Responsibilities Perform new-patient evaluations/exams Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises ; track progress Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care Examine and evaluate new patients Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity Establish a plan goal and time frame Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises Measure and track intervention effectiveness Educate the patient on continuing care Required Skills Accredited PT program graduate Up-to-date state PT license Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues 1+ year(s) of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience Graduation from an accredited PT program and current PT license in CO Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient population Prefer at least one year working in outpatient neurological or orthopedic center, or previous vestibular rehab experience
