Join Benesch and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of our organization.The e-Billing Specialist processes the flow of computerized billing from inception to final product to include narrative edits and transfers, unbilled write-offs, and distribution of month-end prebills and reports for specific timekeepers in an accurate and timely manner.Essential Functions :Understanding of start to finish billing process and proceduresUnderstanding of multiple e-billing sites and requirementsMonitor BillBlast/e-billing systems for submissions and rejections.Work with billing and collections team to solve e-billing issues.Communicates properly and promptly with BFCA personnel and external contacts at all times and must exhibit a high level of customer service at all times.Process / follow up appeals as needed.Review invoices for OCG requirements.Ability to enter rates/accruals into different systems.Ability to problem solve and critically think.Ability to work alone and also in a team setting.Performs other duties as assigned.Confidentiality :Due to the nature of your employment, various documents and information, which are of a confidential nature, will come into your possession. Such documents and information must be kept confidential at all times.Qualifications :The e-Billing Specialist must have a High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of relevant client billing experience. A typing speed of 60 WPM and 10-key machine by touch are required. Must be proficient in Excel and Word as well as have an understanding of E-invoicing systems. Aderant/BillBlast experience is preferred. Must possess an excellent customer service attitude. Flexibility to work overtime as necessary.Additional knowledge a plus: InTapp Time, Chrome River Expense Reporting, Elite WebView, Interaction, Cisco Telephone System, AskCody Meeting, iManage, SharePointThe salary range for this position is $67K to $87 K.Benesch is an equal opportunity employer.
