Resource Center Coordinator, Brown Cancer Center, Oncology, 8a-430p

Location 2401 Terra Crossing Blvd, Louisville, KY 40241 Job Summary UofL Health is a fully integrated regional academic health system. The Resource Center Coordinator provides ongoing oversight to the Resource Center business activities, including inventory management, patient profile database management and analysis, marketing materials, and community events. Essential Functions Collaborate with the Director of Oncology Screening, Outreach, & Wellness and the SOAR On director to ensure efficient Resource Center operations, meeting organizational goals for customer service and clinical quality initiatives. Provide ongoing reporting on program attendance, marketing responses, and patient feedback to Cancer Center administrative and clinical management to support program targeting and marketing strategy development. Support marketing initiatives of the Brown Cancer Center (BCC) by tracking responses and providing analysis of effectiveness. Track referrals and provide follow‑up information to patients requesting BCC information. Work collaboratively with BCC marketing managers and the development team. Maintain inventory control of BCC supplies and supervise inventory orders to ensure appropriate supply levels. Generate invoices and purchase orders for accounting. Assist in process improvements by reviewing productivity reports for the Resource Center and managing budgets accordingly. Support community programs, health fairs, screenings, and other media events/programs that represent the Brown Cancer Center. Collaborate with the M. Krista Loyd Resource Center lead coordinator, multidisciplinary team, and other BCC departments to ensure patient safety in diagnoses and treatment, contributing to organizational goals such as patient satisfaction and community resources. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of two years of office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Experience with database management, marketing/communication materials preparation, and inventory management preferred. Experience in customer service program initiatives and community media events preferred.
