Data Processing Clerk

Role Description

GoVidCo is seeking a highly organized Data Processing Clerk to support our fast-growing video editing and digital content operations. This remote role is essential for managing, processing, and maintaining accurate production and client data across multiple systems.

• Process, input, and update large volumes of data related to video projects, clients, and production workflows in a remote environment
• Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Organize and maintain digital records, files, and project documentation
• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and editing progress
• Manage data across spreadsheets, CRM systems, and cloud-based platforms
• Generate reports and summaries to support internal teams and decision-making
• Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure high-quality information
• Collaborate with editors, project managers, and support teams in a remote setting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data processing, clerical work, or administrative support
• Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database systems
• Ability to handle high-volume data processing tasks efficiently in a remote work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Experience working in digital media, video production, or creative agencies (preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and cloud storage systems (preferred)
• Basic understanding of content workflows (YouTube, social media, or digital marketing) (preferred)
