Job Title: Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN PT - MC Address: Rowlett, TX Job Description Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions. Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records. Critical Information Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following 3 weeks of training/orientation. Shifts will be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours, including weekdays and weekends. This is a temporary position with potential for conversion to a permanent employee. Education/Licenses Needed Must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse. Minimum of one year related work experience in a healthcare setting. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; Epic experience preferred. Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
