Medical Front Office - Patient Service Specialist

Front Desk MemberWe are seeking a full-time front desk member for our large Pediatric Practice in Atlanta, GA at 1875 Century Blvd NE. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Pediatric clinical office setting and in-depth knowledge of all front office procedures and claim scrubbing. Excellent verbal communication is a must.Full Time: Monday- Friday, 8:00AM- 5:00PM with 1-hour lunchSaturday: 8:30am-noon (rotating)Salary: Hourly based on experience• Greet patients and families upon arrival• Check-in/ check-out, collect copay's, verify demographics and insurance• Answer phones and schedule appointments• Performs additional duties as required.Qualifications include:• 0-3 years of Healthcare experience, preferably Pediatric.• Bubbly personality• Bilingual a plus• Familiarity with computers and other office equipment.• Basic typing and keyboard skills.• Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.
