Daily Responsibilities: Perform pediatric physical therapy evaluations, assessments, and reassessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings. Provide skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility training. Incorporate hippotherapy techniques to support motor development, coordination, strength, and functional independence. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and discharge plans. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
