Manufacturing Technology Improvement Engineer Join our innovative team at DuPont at our Parlin site in New Jersey, where we produce the world‑class Cyrel® packaging printing plates. The facility is a key player in delivering top‑notch packaging solutions to clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities Drive improvement initiatives for Cyrel® manufacturing processes, enhancing capabilities, reliability, and production efficiency. Lead and participate in global project management improvement projects that transform our manufacturing landscape. Conduct troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for major process deviations, ensuring operations remain on track. Provide technical guidance to process engineers for day‑to‑day operations and empower them to tackle challenges effectively. Initiate mid‑to‑long‑term capital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving operational success. Collaborate closely on new product and process development, contributing valuable manufacturing insights during the project phases. Lead the implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) elements to ensure a safe and compliant manufacturing environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (higher degrees a plus). Over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on process improvement. Demonstrated leadership, project management, and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Salesforce, and process improvement tools (e.g., TrakSYS, IP21, LIMS, JMP, Minitab). Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification (preferred). Lean or Continuous Improvement experience (plus). Prior experience leading teams (preferred). Familiarity with SAP is an advantage. DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
