Position Summary

Stan's Donuts is looking for dependable and motivated General Bakers to join our production team. This position supports daily donut and bread production by operating bakery equipment, preparing dough, and ensuring products meet our quality standards. Team members may work in mixing, scoring, or oven operations depending on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
• Operate industrial mixers safely and efficiently.
• Score and prepare dough before baking.
• Operate bakery ovens, monitor baking times, and ensure product quality.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with production setup, changeovers, and cleanup.
• Report equipment or product quality issues to supervisors.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous bakery or food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working around hot equipment and in varying temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
