Administrative Support Assistant (Office Automation)

Open: September 2, 2026 — Closes: September 9, 2026 Summary You will serve as a Administrative Support Assistant (Office Automation) with National Park Service. Major Duties As an Administrative Support Assistant (OA), you will perform the following duties: Provides briefings on administrative topics. Collects data for the unit's operating budget. Provides information on travel allowances and requirements. Prepares travel authorizations and vouchers using automated systems and software for travel and voucher preparation. Advises on the procedures for the procurement of goods and services. Reviews time and attendance reports for employees. Maintains files and training certificates. Responsible for the administrative oversight of various administrative processes, which may include processing financial, procurement, property, human resources, and other administrative forms or documents for the unit. #J-18808-Ljbffr National Park Service
