About DentalMonitoring DentalMonitoring is a leader in orthodontics, offering the industry’s first AI-powered remote monitoring solution certified as a medical device Our mission is to set a new standard of care by combining advanced technology with strong commitments to quality, efficiency, patient and doctor experience Our platform helps practices enhance clinical control, optimize workflows, and deliver more personalized patient care Our proprietary AI analyzes scans and provides actionable insights, enabling proactive and timely clinical intervention, supported by 13,000+ clinical data results We provide a full ecosystem of support, including onboarding, training, and marketing tools, continuously redefining what’s possible in orthodontic care The Role Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office Train new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions Nurture existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard Build strong relationships with customers so they continue to use, endorse, and advocate for the DentalMonitoring brand and products Act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform Support and attend local trade shows Collaborate and communicate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to ensure the best onboarding experience Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while addressing any hesitations about adopting disruptive technology Travel up to 35% overnight travel to train and support in-person office implementations Serve as the regional lead for escalated implementation challenges with offices Share best practices with fellow colleagues Provide market surveillance insights to management and marketing teams You will be successful in this role if 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or equivalent degree 3+ years of consultative experience 2+ years of successful track record at Dental Monitoring (or equivalent experience) A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach Consultative, training, and implementation experience The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers Enthusiastic, independent worker, critical thinker, excellent communication and time management skills Native Speaker of the local language and good level of English Strong organizational skills Expert user of SalesForce It would be fantastic if Experience in a scale-up environment where you can demonstrate versatility and take initiative Knowledge of Gmail (including Google Suite/Google Docs), CRM/Salesforce, Excel, and Apple Mac products Our work environment At DentalMonitoring our employees thrive because : We collaborate across teams, combining expertise in technology, clinical practice, and customer success to deliver meaningful impact We operate in a diverse, multicultural environment with colleagues from over 35 nationalities worldwide We are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone feels supported and empowered to contribute What we bring to our employees Your ideas will be heard!
