Therapists who average 11 patients per day (approximately 44 quality treatment units per day) are eligible for a weekly productivity/profit-sharing bonus. Currently, therapists meeting this benchmark earn an additional $120 per week, with higher bonus tiers available for increased productivity (e.g., 48 units per day average = $240 bonus). This program rewards efficiency and quality while maintaining a manageable workload. Our clinics are staffed exclusively by licensed Physical Therapists—no aides, technicians, or assistants.
